Clarke Energy is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager - US to lead our safety and environmental programs across a growing portfolio of power generation and infrastructure projects. This high-impact role will establish and oversee company-wide HSE standards to protect employees, subcontractors, and clients, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is opportunity to establish and lead a corporate HSE program for Clarke Energy US and be part of high-profile, large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Location: Flexible, US-based (40-60% travel to project sites)

Reports to: Project Director - US

• Develop and implement a corporate HSE program, including policies, procedures, and training.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and regular site visits to ensure compliance and safe operations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and all state/local safety regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Support project teams with risk assessments, JSAs, and safety documentation.
• Track and report HSE performance metrics (TRIR, LTIR, near misses, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Clarke Energy in client safety audits and prequalification processes.
• Promote and embed a culture of safety throughout US operations.
