Job Overview

We are seeking a hard‑working, loyal, and driven Laborer to assist in the layout and construction of bridges and related structures. Responsibilities include concrete demolition, deck repair, equipment maintenance, job site cleanup, and other duties assigned by the Foreman or management.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in concrete demolition and deck repair on bridge projects.
  • Maintain and operate construction equipment and tools.
  • Assist with job site cleanup and organization.
  • Follow instructions from the Foreman or other management personnel.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of bridge construction or general construction labor experience (preferred).
  • Experience operating concrete vibrators, jack hammers, and mortar tools (preferred).
  • Member of a local Laborer Union or willingness to become a union member; union membership is not required prior to employment.
  • Ability to work varied hours – nights, early mornings, weekends – and tolerate variable weather, dirty and dusty conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple job sites.
  • Punctual, dependable, and physically able to perform a demanding job.
