Job Description

The Position
  • Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
  • Manage production, schedules, and daily operations.
  • Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment.
  • Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec.
  • Enforce safety practices and work site standards.
  • Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors.
  • Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred).
  • Good with communication and coordinating crews.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member.
  • Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and a knack for problem‑solving.
