The Position:

We are looking for a Milling Foreman for the upcoming 2025 season. Responsibilities include personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing milling equipment needs and repairs, and ensuring quality in pulverized material gradations, surface uniformity, and roadway ride quality.

Location:
  • Projects vary across the local area and the state. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.
The Candidate:
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Punctual, dependable, with high ethical standards.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information, compliant with anti-trust laws.
  • Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Able to work in variable weather and dusty environments.
  • Union membership or willingness to join; assistance available from HR.
  • Minimum 5 years' milling experience at the field level
  • Prior foreman experience
  • Knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
