Estimator​/Project Manager - Mass Earthwork

Intro

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence on large‑scale site development work.

• Prepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projects
• Manage projects post‑award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Oversee self‑performed earthwork and coordinate field operations
• Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy
• Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning

• 4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projects
• Strong background in mass grading, site development, and earthwork
• Experience with HCSS or Agtek preferred (not required)
• Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility environment

This is a leadership‑oriented opportunity with real autonomy on complex earthwork projects.
