Overview
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Operator in Milling Equipment for Payne & Dolan Inc., a Walbec Group Company, Southeastern Wisconsin (Madison, Racine/Kenosha, Waukesha, Washington County). This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid at hire and $1,000 paid after 13 weeks of work. The Walbec Group is a family‑led organization with a focus on road, highway, and bridge construction. The Position:
We are looking for an Operator in Milling Equipment who will operate several types of power construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment may include utility milling machines (concrete or asphalt), skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers, and related machinery.

- Work on projects that vary by location throughout the local area or the state; be willing to travel to job sites as needed.

The Candidate- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. A CDL is required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be punctual and dependable; ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
- Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and in dirty and dusty environments.
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member (union membership not required prior to employment; HR can assist).
- Minimum of two years of previous work experience in asphalt/concrete road milling.
