$72,700–$90,900 (Milwaukee, WI). The position offers a sign‑on bonus of $500 paid at hire and…and a $500 bonus paid after 90 days of employment.

• Operate a variety of power construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use skidsteer equipment for milling, grading, and asphalt work.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety regulations.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL strongly preferred.
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Capable of working in variable weather and dusty environments.
• Member of an appropriate trade‑union or willingness to become a member; union membership not required prior to employment.
• Minimum of two years of skidsteer operation experience.

Projects vary by location throughout the local area or state. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed are required.
