Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to support all aspects of bridge and related structure construction, including concrete demolition, deck repair, equipment maintenance and site clean‑up. The role requires physical labor and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with layout and construction of bridges and related structures.
  • Perform concrete demolition and deck repair tasks.
  • Maintain machines and equipment.
  • Help with site clean‑up and general job‑site upkeep.
  • Follow directions from the foreman or management.

Location & Travel

Projects will vary by location. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site (Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Madison areas) is required.

Candidate Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Punctual and dependable with ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Ability to tolerate variable weather and dirty, dusty environments.
  • Physical strength and stamina for a demanding job.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of bridge construction experience preferred.
  • Experience operating concrete vibrator, jackhammer, and related equipment.
  • Willingness to join the local laborer union; union membership not required prior to employment.
