Relationship Advisor

Overview

Vaco is partnering with a growing financial planning firm in the Waukesha area to hire a Relationship Advisor
. This role focuses on building long-term existing client relationships through comprehensive planning, education, and ongoing support—not cold calling.

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans tailored to individual client needs

• Support and participate in firm-hosted workshops, client appreciation, and educational events

• Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, annuities, and life and long-term care insurance

• Manage, retain, and deepen client relationships through proactive communication and service

• Serve as a trusted point of contact, enhancing client engagement and long-term loyalty

• CRM:
  Salesforce

• Google Workspace

• Mac-based environment

• Bachelor s degree required

• Active Series 65 or Series 66 and 7

• Active Life and Health insurance license

• Established book of prospects provided

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
