Overview
Family Court Services is recruiting for the position of a Social Worker due to an upcoming retirement. The individual hired will be responsible to perform mediations, legal custody and physical placement study services and a variety of other administrative duties. Candidate will also be responsible for making recommendations to Family Court Judges and Commissioners regarding legal custody and physical placement issues, and giving expert witness testimony in court regarding Family Court matters.

This is an exempt level position working at least 40 hours per workweek. Typical office hours:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Work is mainly performed in the office.
