Accountant, Financial Reporting

Overview

Kforce has a client in the Waukesha, WI area that is looking for an Accountant. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, supporting both AP and AR functions, assisting with month-end close, and partnering with teams across the business. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. This role reports to the Controller.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• General Accounting experience
• Manufacturing background preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
