Pay Range / Rango salarial: $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their specific needs.
• Engage with guests to solve problems, explain current promos, and communicate store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience; assist with Target loyalty program sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety and company practices; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Assist guests with using Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and direct guests to enroll or activate these features when applicable.
• Handle returns following store policies and partner with leaders as needed to resolve guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and restock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up orders, while complying with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws where relevant).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to use handheld devices and scanners, work independently and as part of a team, and stay focused in a busy setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally, and to remain mobile for shift duration.
