• Consistently follow the established sequence of service to provide the highest level of guest service.
• Build and maintain a personal clientele through guest interaction and name/face recognition.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately.
• Manage a cash bank to ensure quick service for cash‑paying guests.
• Perform all opening and closing duties daily and maintain cleanliness of the shift area and service bar/stations.
• Work as part of a team to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism with both guests and team members.
• Comply with all manager and supervisor requests.

• Knowledge of restaurant services, food, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Proficiency with systems used within the company, including POS, opening and closing procedures, cash handling procedures, and food knowledge.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Bi‑lingual ability (a plus).
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses per local gaming regulations.
