Compensation
Starting wage is $20.00+/hr. The average pay is $20/hr - $27/hr, including incentives and overtime opportunities. As a specialist, you can increase your average hourly pay by earning significant weekly performance-based incentives. The majority of our specialists earn bonuses each week, and top performers can make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance-based bonuses. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.

A Day in the Life of a Lawn Care Specialist

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy spending your working day outdoors in various weather conditions. You typically work 10 hour days, 4 days per week (variations due to weather and customer needs). You consult with residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your customer service skills and training enable you to ensure that your customers are happy with their property and services.

You drive company vehicles to customer locations and perform lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. You build rapport with customers to ensure dependable service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
