Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.

- Hourly Wage: RN = $40/hr and LPN = $37/hr
- Shift: 8 hour shifts; NOC/Overnights
- Schedule: 11pm - 7am, with an every-other weekend rotation
- Part Time will require: 2-3 shifts per week PLUS every other weekend
The Terrace is a 115-bed skilled nursing facility in Waukegan, dedicated to providing high-quality care to older adults through short-term rehabilitation and long-term memory care. Our residents come to us following hospitalization, surgery, or illness, or because they need ongoing support related to dementia or chronic conditions.

Floor Nurse (RN/LPN) - Deliver Compassionate Care in Skilled Nursing

In This Role, You Will
- Provide safe,
person-centered nursing care tailored to older adults’ needs - Administer medications and treatments following individualized care plans
- Monitor resident progress and promptly address changes in condition
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, and physicians as part of the care team
- Help maintain a calm, respectful, and safe environment for all residents

Floor Nurse: We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.
What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
- Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
- New Grads are encouraged to apply
