Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass‑merchandisers, as well as food service and export, U.S. military and private label business.

• Respond to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators as needed
• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure continuous production
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery as needed
• Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings
• Rework and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on all plant equipment and machinery
• Set‑up and operate all types of production equipment and machine tools such as lathes, mills, and welders.
• Follow all aspects of the lock out/tag out program.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3‑5 years of mechanical/electrical technician experience
• Fluency in English & Spanish preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Fork‑lift operation experience preferred.
