Position ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 3 to 5 developers, guiding and coaching them in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
Work with cross‑functional Agile teams to align technology design with business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of people management experience with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
Experience developing a team and managing full project life cycles.
