The Project Manager - Construction will oversee various projects, coordinate teams, monitor project status, implement creative solutions, and manage budgets and resources. The role requires residence within the Waukegan area to support ongoing projects.

• Ensure project quality, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate work orders and review estimates.
• Develop detailed drawings and initiate work processes.
• Assign labor and materials, lead quality reviews, and write purchase requisitions.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office skills.

• Associate degree or 5+ years industry experience.
• Experience with advanced woodworking and electrical work.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand electrical requirements.
• Financial acumen and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel for site oversight.

• Salary: $72,000 - $95,000 annually.
