Role DescriptionThe Project Manager - Construction will oversee various projects, coordinate teams, monitor project status, implement creative solutions, and manage budgets and resources. The role requires residence within the Waukegan area to support ongoing projects.
Responsibilities- Ensure project quality, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate work orders and review estimates.
- Develop detailed drawings and initiate work processes.
- Assign labor and materials, lead quality reviews, and write purchase requisitions.
- Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
- Associate degree or 5+ years industry experience.
- Experience with advanced woodworking and electrical work.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand electrical requirements.
- Financial acumen and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel for site oversight.
- Salary: $72,000 - $95,000 annually.
