DMI, LLCis seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to join us. The Service Desk Support Specialist is responsible for providing frontline IT support to users across Army networks, including NIPR, SIPR, and CENTRIXS-K. This role serves as the primary interface for incident resolution, account provisioning, and workstation troubleshooting. The individual will ensure high availability of end-user systems by executing timely diagnostics, patch management, and endpoint compliance tasks.
This includes supporting secure mobile device provisioning through tools like Mobile Iron and Intune, as well as managing service requests via DoD ticketing platforms. Close coordination with system administrators and cybersecurity personnel is essential to maintaining mission readiness across classified and unclassified environments.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues via ticketing system
- Provide desktop, printer, VDI, and VoIP troubleshooting support
- Maintain compliance with STIGs and IAVA patching requirements
- Support Active Directory account provisioning, Mobile Iron, and Intune
- Assist in lifecycle equipment management and onboarding of new users
Education and Years of
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (waived with 4 years of help desk experience)
- Minimum 2 of the last 4 years in Service Desk operations
- Required:
CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II) - Desired:
Experience with Army Enterprise Service Desk systems, SCCM, Remedy
Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance
