Project Manager – Veeva Vault CRM

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a proven track record in Veeva Vault CRM implementations. The PM will play a critical role in managing end‑to‑end delivery of Veeva Vault CRM projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Lead and manage Veeva Vault CRM projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in the life sciences/pharma domain.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within Life Sciences or Pharma domain.
• Strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM (implementation, configuration, and integration).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.

• Experience with other Veeva products (e.g., Veeva Quality Docs, Veeva Promo Mats).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
