• Provide clinical supervision of the program.
• Independently make clinical assessments of consumers.
• Certify a psychiatric diagnosis.
• Recommend treatment for consumers with a mental illness.
• Recommend that medical or remedial services are necessary to reduce the physical or mental disability of a consumer and to restore a consumer to the maximum possible functioning level.
• Complete all continuous staff training as assigned on Relias Learning.
• Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Executive Director.

• Physician; an advanced practice nurse with psychiatric specialty licensed under the Nurse Practice Act; a clinical psychologist licensed under the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act; a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed under the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act; a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) licensed under the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing Act; a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) licensed under the Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Act and 68 Ill.
