- Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Count Room and its staff, ensuring the protection of assets through strict adherence to established internal controls, policies, and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee and actively participate in the slot drop process.
- Excellent internal/external guest service.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are strictly and consistently followed.
- Responsible for employee related matters, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, and promoting.
- Oversee and participate in the drop as required by Internal Controls.
- Oversee count room equipment, utilize preventive maintenance techniques and regular servicing to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Count, verify, and record games revenue.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- High School/GED preferred.
- 6 months – 1 year experience in a Count room, prior supervisory experience.
- Bilingual (Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, and detail oriented.
- Able to operate calculators, electric cart, and money counters.
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second‑hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: stooping, reaching, pulling, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., and use of repetitive motions.
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
