• Coordinate creative project scheduling to meet deadlines and manage print and digital materials.
• Proof all print and digital creative materials for proper spelling, punctuation, and color accuracy, including catalogs, pamphlets, advertising materials, and website.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and comply with Uline’s brand and style guidelines.
• Partner with other teams on assignments, including Design, Photo, Merchandising, and Direct Marketing.
• Maintain, update, and archive project files.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of the print production process is a plus.
