LaSalle Network is hiring an Accounting Coordinator for a growing company in Waukegan, Illinois. This fully onsite, contract opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable while keeping operations organized and accurate.
This Accounting Coordinator will play a key role in billing, cash application, collections and invoice processing. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable and ready to grow, this Accounting Coordinator role is a strong next step.
What’s the job?- Generate invoices and prepare job tickets for billing
- Process daily cash receipts, credit cards and deposits
- Monitor AR aging and assist with collections
- Enter vendor invoices and support check runs
- Assist with job costing, inventory counts and documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding discrepancies
- 1+ year of accounting, billing or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with AR and AP processes
- Comfortable in accounting systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work fully onsite in Waukegan, IL
- $19–$21/hour based on experience
- Medical, dental and vision insurance during the contract
