Job Overview

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. You will guide clients through the buying process, ensure a positive experience, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and identify their needs in selecting a vehicle.
  • Provide detailed information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions they may have.
  • Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Process all sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Stay informed about new inventory, promotions, and the latest industry trends.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales field is not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
  • A passion for vehicles and helping customers find the right solution.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
