Position: Parts Counter Representative
Location:
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do:- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Train in related departments before taking on the Parts Counter role
- Keep parts shelves and storage areas clean and organized
- Stock incoming parts and maintain displays
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Assist Outside Sales staff with applications and sales
- Locate and order parts from local vendors and major suppliers
- Conduct physical inventory tasks (cycle counting, spot checking)
GATR Truck Center is an authorized dealership for Volvo, Hino, Mack, and Kalmar Ottawa trucks, serving five locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We also deal in Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailers. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding service and support to our customers, whether they're investing in new or used trucks and trailers.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Effective communication and documentation skills
