This role is for someone who understands that helping the right person stay focused can move an entire business forward. If you’re here for the title, we won’t be a great fit together. We’re looking for someone who is meticulous and takes pride in making sure important work doesn’t slip. You should be extremely comfortable using digital tools. You should be disciplined about follow‑through so ideas, meetings, and decisions consistently turn into progress. This role will primarily support John Economos in his owner, sales, and client advocacy efforts. A slam dunk in this role means the business feels lighter and more organized for John and the people surrounding him, including employees, clients, and partners.

• (40%) Champion the GTD methodology:
  Own capture, clarification, delegation, and follow‑through across John’s inboxes and commitments so open loops close quickly and his focus stays protected.
• (30%) Maintain traction with new project opportunities:
  Ensure every opportunity has momentum and nothing quietly dies.
• (20%) Optimize our process, assets, and information:
  Continuously improve our systems, templates, AI usage, meeting documentation, and reporting so information is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
• (10%) Research:
  Proactively identify strategic events, relationships, and connection pathways that expand our reach and strengthen our positioning.

We’re approaching this role with a paid, 2 to 3‑week mutual evaluation period before making a long‑term commitment. The goal is to give both sides a real‑world look at how we work together, with enough flexibility for you to complete the trial alongside your current job—typically a few focused hours per day, which could be done in the early morning or evening to help you honor your existing commitments.

During this time, you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities—not hypothetical exercises—so we can evaluate judgment, communication, follow‑through, and fit in a practical setting. At the end of the period, we’ll have a candid conversation about whether this is the right long‑term seat for both of us.

This role’s primary focus is supporting John. As systems stabilize and efficiency increases, there may be opportunities to selectively support other members of our leadership team with similar continuity work. Any expansion of scope would be intentional, clearly defined, and built on a strong foundation of supporting John first.
