Length of Assignment:

Beginning on approximately January 16 and lasting twelve weeks. Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 2 pm

Position Criteria:
  • High school education or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Experience in print shop operations preferred
Performance Criteria:
  • Manage, print, and process high volumes of copy orders in a timely & cost-effective manner for entire WCSD
  • File appropriate paperwork and organize delivery of completed copy orders to multiple locations in the District
  • Manage supply inventory for white paper, colored paper, office supplies, copier supplies and order accordingly
  • Complete Auditron reports combining electronic and hard copy numbers for 3 production copiers
  • Initiate communication with administration & staff at all district buildings relating/regarding the print process, updates, and policy issues.
