The Team Member is responsible for interacting with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Perform duties such as operating cash register, merchandise recovery, participating in freight process, completing plan-o-gram procedures, assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, executing price changes/markdowns, assisting customers with loading, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of poultry, sanitize and maintain tanks, and care for birds as required.
• Complete all documentation related to these duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots on hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Ability to handle birds and complete training and certification requirements.
