Project Administrator | Permanent | Watton | Up to £29,000

Position 1 Recruitment is working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing company to hire a Project Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, supporting projects and engaging with stakeholders.

Working Hours &

Location:

* Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after probation)

* Monday–Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

* Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (early finish)

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and coordinate visitors for project meetings

* Schedule and manage expeditor visits and site attendance

* Liaise with project stakeholders for smooth communication

* Take minutes at meetings and distribute accurately

* Prepare and issue project reports and documentation

* Manage project schedules, track deadlines and risks

* Coordinate client visits and logistics

* Expedite document approvals to prevent delays

* Update internal systems (AX & CRM) with project data

* Support procurement entries and work order amendments

* Organize project meetings, agendas, and track action points

* Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team

Requirements:

* Experience working with a project management team

* Confident in coordinating meetings and managing agendas/minutes

* Skilled in preparing reports and project documentation

* Strong administrative and organizational skills
