• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, training, and development; motivate the team to work together.
• Set high standards for self and team; maintain a fun and productive environment for both staff and customers.
• Learn and apply restaurant management practices from experienced managers.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of staying positive under pressure.
• Commitment to high standards and customer service excellence.
