Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Administrator to support critical platform administration and ITSM operations for an enterprise environment. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid schedule based in Watsonville, CA
.
- Manage day-to-day Service Now platform administration
- Support and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Handle system upgrades, configurations, and integrations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and operational needs
- CSA-certified Service Now Administrator
- 3-5 years of hands-on Service Now administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and core modules
- Familiarity with upgrades and integrations

Duration: 6 months

Watsonville, CA
Schedule:
2 days onsite, remaining days remote
