Service Now Administrator
Project
Location:
2 days onsite, remaining days remote (Watsonville, CA)
Duration: 6+ month contract
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Administrator to support critical platform administration and ITSM operations for an enterprise environment. This is a 6‑month contract with a hybrid schedule based in Watsonville, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day Service Now platform administration
- Support and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Handle system upgrades, configurations, and integrations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and operational needs
- CSA‑certified Service Now Administrator
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on Service Now administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and core modules
- Experience with JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Familiarity with upgrades and integrations
