Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are a diverse multi‑specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers committed to building healthier communities. • Salary Range:
  • Nurse Practitioner: $135,026 – $151,229 DOE
  • Physician Assistant: $142,112 – $159,165 DOE
• Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and malpractice insurance
• Malpractice insurance provided
• 401(k) plan with employer match
• CME allowance of $1,500 annually

• A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state‑mandated educational courses
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred
