Clinical Therapist PRN – Evening/Weekend role at Sunny Days Therapeutics
. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our mental health care team. This position involves engaging with a diverse client population and tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches
• Free individual and group supervision provided, total of 4 supervisions per month

• Master0s degree in Social Work
• Active state licensure or eligible for licensure
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
