Overview

, you will play a key role in fostering meaningful connections and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Working under the direction of the Community Life Director, you will collaborate with residents and staff to design and implement diverse social, cultural, and recreational programs that promote active participation and well-being.
- Plan, lead, and evaluate engaging activities, events, and outings that enrich residents’ lives.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families, incorporating personal interests and life histories into programming.
- Support monthly activity calendars and assist with transportation for community outings.
- Observe and document resident participation and progress to ensure individualized care plans are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our mission and values.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 3–5 years of experience required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or working with older adults preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Chauffeur or Class C driver’s license desirable (or willingness to obtain).
