Mental Health Therapists (Multiple Roles)

Sunny Days Therapeutics is a growing mental health practice, located in Watkinsville, GA, that provides both in‑person and virtual therapy services to children, adolescents and adults. We are expanding our team and hiring Child/Adolescent and Adult Therapists. The organization offers a supportive and collaborative work environment that values professional development, specifically by providing clinical supervision to those seeking licensure. This 1099 contractor position offers flexibility, the opportunity to establish a full caseload and experience with a range of populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct sessions using evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with families, schools and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor and document client progress toward goals and adjust treatment as needed.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment that fosters trust and growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field.
• Current state licensure or license‑eligible (MSW, LMSW, APC, or LAPC).
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and/or adults.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to maintain timely and clinically accurate documentation.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Free supervision (2 individual + 2 group sessions per month).
• Annual license renewal reimbursement up to $100, with receipt.
• Annual continuing education reimbursement up to $130, with receipt.
• Flexible caseload with the ability to accept as many or as few patients as you’d like.
