Compensation: $50/hour to start + performance-based growth

Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness is on the rise, and we're looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner who's passionate about aesthetics, medical wellness, and making people feel confident in their skin. - Deliver Results: Perform aesthetic procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, and more (training provided).
- Wellness Care: Oversee patients through personalized medical weight loss and hormone therapy plans.
- Patient Relationships: Conduct thoughtful consultations, build trust, and create long-term plans for total wellness.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with RNs, MAs, aestheticians, and leadership to keep clinical flow sharp and client experience elite.
- Stay Ahead: Engage in continuous learning, elevate your skill set, and help innovate how we serve and scale.

- Already trained in Botox and fillers (or close to it)
- Licensed with 2+ years in aesthetics, wellness, or women's health
