About the role

As a Sales and Estimating Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting sales activity and project delivery. The position combines customer engagement, estimating support and internal coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility within a construction or engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

* Research potential customers and identify new enquiry opportunities

* Source, prepare and manage estimates for steel tank and aluminium roof projects

* Maintain internal sales and quotation registers

* Follow up leads and existing quotations to support order conversion

* Support the Sales Manager in achieving agreed revenue targets

* Promote the business through marketing activity and client interaction

* Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow

* Work in line with company values and commercial objectives

What we’re looking for

* Previous experience in sales support, estimating or administration within construction, mechanical or engineering environments

* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* Good working knowledge of Excel and general IT systems

* Comfortable using social media and databases for research and engagement

* A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach

* Willingness to build long-term knowledge of the steel tank and construction sector
