About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, motivated Business Development Executive to join AMDG, supporting a growing division within Health and Social Care. This relationship-focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, opening conversations, and helping connect the right services with the right partners. You’ll introduce our services, qualify interest, and book meetings for senior colleagues, playing an important part in building long-term, considered partnerships.
This is not high‑pressure sales; it’s a professional engagement role in a rewarding sector, with clear opportunities for progression as the team grows.
- Making outbound calls and follow‑up emails to prospective partners
- Introducing services and booking qualified meetings
- Building and managing a pipeline of contacts
- Updating CRM records accurately
- Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach activity
- Confident, friendly communicator
- Organised, motivated, and keen to learn
- Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone
- Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service is helpful but not essential
- Interest in Health & Social Care is a plus
