We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Design team, supporting the delivery of engaging, effective digital campaigns across the organisation. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience who enjoys bringing campaigns to life through social media, email and digital platforms, and motivated by seeing real results. While this is a digitally focused role, it is first and foremost a people‑focused one.

Your work will directly support services that care for vulnerable children, young people and families across the UK. • Contribute to the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email
• Build, schedule and publish content aligned to campaign objectives and brand tone
• Work closely with the team to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and timely

• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity across platforms including Linked In, Facebook and others as required
• Adapt content for different audiences, services and campaigns
• Monitor engagement and support both organic and paid activity

• Build and send email campaigns using our email marketing platform
• Support segmentation, scheduling and automation
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand guidelines

• Assist with website updates, landing pages and campaign‑related content
• Work with internal teams to ensure content remains current and effective

• Track campaign performance using platform analytics, email insights and digital reporting tools
• Produce clear, concise performance reports
• Review real‑time and month‑on‑month data to identify trends, support planning, and inform forecasting and future activity

• Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and best practice
• Share ideas and insights to improve future campaigns and content

• Digitally confident, organised and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working across social media, email and digital platforms
• Interested in campaign delivery, performance tracking and learning what drives results
