This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Housekeeper located in Wath. The Deputy Housekeeper will support the housekeeping team by overseeing daily operations, managing staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met, and addressing any guest requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing laundry operations, implementing organizational strategies, training new team members, and ensuring seamless communication between teams for optimal guest service.

The role also involves assisting with inventory management and upholding compliance with health and safety protocols.

• Experience in laundry operations and knowledge of best practices for garment and linen care.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Proficiency in organization and time management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Capability to train, guide, and support team members in their professional development.
• Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of a busy hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
