Handyman Required – Watford

Watford (Near Watford Junction Station)

* Rate: £20.00 per hour

* Hours:

8:00am – 6:00pm (9.5 hours paid)

* Duration:
Initially 2 weeks, with strong potential for long-term work

We are currently recruiting for a competent and reliable Handyman to join a residential flats project based near Watford Junction Station.

This role is initially covering for someone, however there is a genuine opportunity for ongoing work as the individual being covered may not return.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general handyman and multi-trade duties across a live residential site. You will be supporting site management and assisting with finishing works, snagging, and general maintenance tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

* General handyman and multi-trade works

* Snagging and finishing tasks

* Minor repairs and adjustments

* Assisting site management with day-to-day site requirements

* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations on site

Requirements

* Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)

* Own tools (essential)

* Proven experience working on residential projects

* Competent across general trades

* Ability to work independently and efficiently

* Reliable and punctual

* Must be able to commute to Watford without issues
