The ideal candidate should have City & Guilds qualifications in electrical/mechanical work and a strong background in building maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing. This position offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 along with benefits, including company vehicle and 23 days holiday.
