Experienced diesel mechanic fitter required directly for a large well‑established plant company with over 30 years in business.
Key Responsibilities- Service, repair, and fit Hitachi/Kobelco diggers ranging from 3 tonne to 30 tonne, dumpers, rollers, engines, hydraulics, and rams.
- Operate a fleet of transit vans to attend on‑site breakdowns and provide onsite support.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure continuity of plant operations.
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic fitter with a track record documented in previous employment.
- Valid clean driving licence.
- Self‑employed, LTD, or PAYE arrangements – all can be discussed.
- CV required to demonstrate prior experience.
- New van and fuel card provided.
- Direct employment with a stable company.
