Fire Stopper Passive Fire Protection About the Role We are looking for an experienced Fire Stopper to join a growing delivery team, working across social housing and residential projects . This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring buildings meet the highest fire safety and compliance standards. You will be trusted to work independently on site, delivering high-quality passive fire protection works while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities We will rely on you to carry out a full range of passive fire protection works , including fire stopping to walls, floors and service penetrations Installing fire collars, batt and mastic systems, intumescent products and associated fire-stopping solutions Working accurately from drawings, specifications and manufacturers details Ensuring all works are completed in line with current fire safety regulations and quality standards Completing site paperwork, reports and compliance documentation accurately and on time Maintaining high standards of workmanship in occupied and non-occupied properties Liaising with site supervisors, managers and other trades as required Identifying and resolving issues on site to ensure works are delivered right first time Working safely at all times in line with health & safety procedures

What Were Looking For Experienced carpenter with strong technical knowledge who can work independently on site Proven experience delivering passive fire protection / fire stopping works Social housing experience is highly beneficial Strong understanding of fire safety standards, compliance and quality requirements Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach to work Ability to manage your own workload and work to programme deadlines Qualifications (Essential) You must hold one of the following qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery Salary & Package Up to £41,000 basic salary Full package included:
