Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Whats on offer OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements) Base salary: £37,658 £ 42,432 per annum (depending on experience) No call-out or weekend working Door-to-door pay 25 days annual leave bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates Up to 4% annual bonus (subject to targets) Company van (personal use from day one) & fuel card Smartphone, tools, uniform & PPE provided The role Youll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail-focused portfolio.

Your work will include PPM activities on:
Air Conditioning Heating & Heat Pumps Electrical services & emergency lighting Some refrigeration-biased PPM tasks (training provided) During seasonal PPM freeze periods, youll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams .

This is an autonomous role where youll take ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs, while confidently delivering a range of mechanical and electrical tasks.
