Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable, well‑paid role with no call‑outs or weekends? We are recruiting a PPM M&E Engineer to join our award‑winning Facilities Management team.

• OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements)
• Base salary: £37,658 £ 42,432 per annum (depending on experience)
• No call‑out or weekend working
• Door‑to‑door pay

You’ll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail‑focused portfolio.

During seasonal PPM freeze periods, you’ll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
. This is an autonomous role where you’ll take ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs while confidently delivering a range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

• Air Conditioning

• Some refrigeration‑biased PPM tasks (training provided)

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical
• 18th Edition
• Unvented Hot Water
• Strong HVAC & plumbing knowledge
• Experience with in a retail or commercial environment
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing setting
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)
