• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from initial inquiry to final handover—offering tailored advice and securing the best market deals
• Arrange test drives, showcase vehicle features, explain optional extras (financing, insurance, warranties), and upsell add-on products
• Generate and qualify leads, proactively prospecting potential customers via phone, email, and showroom enquiries
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment, ensuring high levels of organisation to manage appointments and follow-ups
• Build trust and long‑term rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and responsive support

• Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales; dealership background preferred but not essential
• A full UK driving licence
• Resilience and target‑driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in high‑pressure, commission‑based environments
• Highly organised, adept at multitasking, follow‑ups, and managing a pipeline of leads.
