  Vehicle Operations Case Handler – Watford
• SALARY: £30,609 rising to £31,809 as of April 2026

• WORKING PATTERN:
  Hybrid – at least three days per week (60%) at an office site; during training, new starters are required to work from the office five days a week until fully trained.

• Responsible for daily operational delivery of Rental, Stop Gap and the MOT process; supporting the wider Vehicle Operations team in delivering targets.
• Assisting the Vehicle Operation Executive with Stopgap and Daily Rental interactions with drivers on the ‘Stop Gap’ and ‘Rental’ products – placing rental bookings and handling rental length including off‑hire of bookings as required.
• Interacting with Maintenance Controllers to supervise, review and handle ongoing and problematic cases, investigating issues and resolving supplier issues.
• Responsible for supplying the Vehicle Operations delivery & achievement of all KPI requirements for operational tasks and producing weekly summary reports of cases to the Head of Vehicle Operations.
• Ensuring all rental vehicles issued against cases are correctly managed and, wherever possible, reclaimed from vehicle manufacturers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, leveraging these relationships to optimise service delivery and reduce costs.
• Manage internal communications regarding problematic or ongoing vehicle cases to the wider organisation where required.
